When you need something quick and "done-for-you", follow along with one of the guided morning routines in he program. Whether you have 10 minutes, 30, or 1 hour, just go through the guided routine and then into your day.
The material provided in each section is designed to be gone through in no more than 10 minutes. This program is not designed to be a burden or time suck! The time you dedicate to completing the exercises and in your routine, however, is up to you.
Implementing a morning routine should be approached as a "long-term" play - something you want to incorporate so that various aspects of your life improve. That said, some practitioners experience an increase in clarity, focus, and self-confidence almost right away.
